Hey there, I'm Ethan.

My name is Ethan Kyle San Juan-Cheong. A software engineer and a programming instructor at Code Ninjas Markham. Currently, I teach kids how to code and program games with the use of Scratch, Microsoft, MakeCode, Javascript, Vue, C# and Unity.
My interest in the IT field first started as a hobby when I was in High School, creating small applications in Java using NetBeans. After classes during my free time, I started coding daily and taught myself a bit of HTML5, CSS and Javascript. As a Software Engineering student, I learned more about programming in C#, Java, Python, and Javascript. Expanded my knowledge in frontend and backend development with the use of: Node, React, Express, Angular, and APIs. Used databases such as MongoDB, Mongoose, MySQL, MSSQL, PL/SQL, and LiveSQL. As of now, I am currently searching for a full-time job as a Web and Mobile Developer in a company where I can utilize my acquired skills and contribute to their success.
